ARE OUR PONCHOS PRODUCED IN A RESPONSIBLE WAY?

Our ponchos are produced responsibly, respecting the guidelines and conventions of the International Labour Organization "ILO" from the United Nations.

HOW DO YOU WASH OR CLEAN OUR PONCHOS?

Dry clean, hand wash or machine wash cold, dried flat

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY PONCHO?

• Please allow 2 - 5 days for international shipping outside of Switzerland. 

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?

No! We take care of the import duties and the relevant taxes (VAT, Sales Taxes)!

DO WE GIVE A WARRANTY?

Because our products are items of daily use, any representations and warranties of PACIFIC HOME GMBH owner of the Trademark PONCHO COMPANY are excluded. Other claims for damages and indemnity are ruled by the provisions of Swiss law.

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

• All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
• Please allow 15 business days for us to process your return.
• The full amount will be credited to the original tender if returned within 14 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice.
• Please note that all items are equipped and sent with single-use labels. If the item is used, worn, washed, dry cleaned, damaged or no longer has the label properly attached, PACIFIC HOME GMBH owner of the Trademark PONCHO COMPANY has no obligation to take the item back. Please use the original shipping box and packing materials. Please send an email to contact@ponchocompany.com and we will organize the pick up of the goods.
